This is certainly not a category that you want to be in, let alone something that you are known for, either.
There is one former General Hospital star that has been canceled not only by the daytime television industry, but also by soap fans as well.
Of course, we are talking about actor Ingo Rademacher. He was best known for his role as Jasper Jacks before he was ultimately fired from the show in 2021. He hasn’t been able to find work since then.
That same year Ingo was both mocked and slammed for his lawsuit against the ABC network and his Tucker Carlson interview.
After it was reported that Ingo was suing his former employers after failing to comply with their vaccine mandate, Stephen Colbert decided to take matters into his own hands by taking a pot shot at the actor.
“Sorry, buddy, but you have to follow the medical advice – you’re on ‘General Hospital’, not ‘General Stuff I Read On Facebook’,” Colbert quipped.
“Now, a lot of people say Ingo Rademacher is being ridiculous… Unless, that’s not Ingo Rademacher! It’s Ingo Rademacher’s twin brother Vigo Rademacher, who just woke up from a coma.
“Or maybe, in just one final twist, none of that is true and Ingo Rademacher is just a stupid dingus. That makes more sense. That’s the one.”
It was also noted that Ingo said in his lawsuit that the COVID vaccine mandate is unconstitutional and amounts to religious discrimination. He is also being repped by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and John W. Howard, an attorney who has already filed several lawsuits challenging the vaccine mandates.
Ingo has not made any comments about the matter but he did say in 2022 that his mental health has taken a hit because of the entire ordeal.
Now, whether or not he will ever return to the world of daytime television remains to be seen, although at this point it seems doubtful.

I’m proud to stand behind Info and his morals. I didn’t get the jab and am healthy as ever. I didn’t reject it for religious reasons, I said no because I chose not to be a Guinea pig. Good decision because so many young (and old) people are now dying from myocarditis, in numbers never seen before. The blood clots they’re pulling out of previously healthy YOUNG people are astounding. Both in size and number of those affected. I could go on and on, as I’ve read a lot about the vaccine, which really isn’t a vaccine at all. But at best, I’m preaching to the choir and, at worst, I’m wasting my breath speaking to the brainwashed. God bless Ingo and his family. May he find peace and job that recognizes his talent💜
i caught covid twice before the vaccine. since then i have been covid free. take the shot people.
I always liked Ingo and believe he was right to sue. I hope he wins his case and receives a large settlement as we know that Hollywood has canceled him and he'll never get work again.
whatever happened to the left's "my body, my choice. " ?
I am one of the fans that thinks Ingo deserves his job back on General Hospital. I believe that reinstating him is the right thing to do. If he was a horrible actor, which he wasn’t, give him a chance. I wasn’t afraid of taking the shots to make the Covid less serious. I had all the shots, had minor symptoms of Covid three times.
