Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note that the week of November 25-29 will prove to be an explosive one. Not only will American Thanksgiving take place, but it’s also the week that Salem will start to say goodbye to the legendary Bill Hayes, who played the iconic Doug Williams on the soap.

Days Spoilers: Jack & Jennifer Return For Thanksgiving

DOOL spoilers reveal that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will return to the canvas on Thursday, November 28 for American Thanksgiving.

They’ll have scenes with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). It also looks as if Jack will be the one to find out that Doug has passed away.

Ashford was last seen in Salem this past August; however, Reeves hasn’t been on the show since 2021, as Cady McClain has stepped in as Jennifer Horton here and there, when needed.

DOOL Spoilers: Elani & Crew Come Back For Thanksgiving

Days fans can also anticipate the Elani super couple (and their twins) returning for Thanksgiving, as Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) show up on Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) doorstep on Thursday, November 28.

The two will also have scenes with Julie.

Of course, their cuter-than-cute twins will also arrive on scene as Jules Grant (Dion and Raegen Yancy) and Carver Grant (Zyair and Zamir Ashford) will also be back.

Days Spoilers: Hope Returns To Terrible News

Lastly, Hope Williams Brady will be on the Friday, November 29 show, as Kristian Alfonso returns to the canvas to hear the news about her father passing away. Actor Brandon Beemer will reprise his Shawn Brady role on Friday, November 29, as well.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, as more character returns are slated for the week of December 1-6 as the town comes together to mourn the loss of father, husband, grandfather, and friend.
