Sometimes you think you know someone until you realize that there’s very little that you actually know about them, especially when it comes to your favorite entertainment or political celebrity.
One of those people happens to be Kamala Harris’s stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff. Let’s just say that she hasn’t had the best year with some moments quite tragic, even.
Earlier this month, Ella had to set the record straight about a rumor suggesting that she had a mental breakdown after it was announced that Donald Trump had won the presidency.
There’s heavy speculation that suggests the only people that would have suggested that Ella had a mental breakdown were the MAGA kind.
That’s because they weren’t a fan of her in the first place and were perhaps waiting to see what kind of reaction she would have to seeing her stepmother lose one of the most important presidential races in the country’s history.
But now it seems like things are turning around for the young woman, who recently posted photos from an event that she attended right before the election. And let’s just say that her fans certainly have her back in more ways than one.
However, back in August, Ella’s protection was even under threat.
She took to her Instagram account to explain, “I quickly wanted to come talk about the knit club and address how it’s moving forward.”
“Unfortunately with everything going on right now, I am not able to conduct them just to protect myself and other club members.”
“The smartest thing is just to hold off until things calm down.”
It was also reported back in March that Ella Emhoff, who is the daughter of Doug Emhoff, tried to raise money for the United Nations Relief and Work Agency even though the U.S. cut funding to the group after it was discovered that some of the members had ties to the terror attack on Israel back in October.
Ella went on to say that she’s going to find alternate ways to keep building her club even though she can’t do it through social media for the time being.
