Lara Trump Might Soon Get This New Role

This certainly shouldn’t surprise anyone, seeing how she’s already taken on a huge role for the Republican party in the past. Of course, we are talking about Lara Trump as there’s a very good chance that Floridians might be hearing more from her in the coming weeks and months ahead. Lara Trump Might Soon Get This New Role

According to the latest reports, Senator Katie Britt is calling on Florida Governor Ron Desantis to have Lara Trump fill Sen. Marco Rubio’s Senate seat. 

It’s been noted that Rubio is expected to be appointed to secretary of state which means DeSantis would have to appoint someone to fill his spot.

“She understands the America First agenda. For me, I think she would be a tremendous pick, a voice for hard-working families and another mom of school-aged kids that understands what we’re up against, and that’s to fight to protect the American dream,” Britt said to Axios.

What’s more, Britt argued that Lara Trump would be a perfect fit because of her close connection with Trump and her ability to push his agenda.

Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “Yea, I’m not a big fan of nepotism, even if it’s same team. Surely, there are many people highly qualified for that position.”

“The mere suggestion of this foolishness should cause all Republicans to lose respect for Britt and Luna. There is also the question of whether they are being put up to this by Lara Trump or someone else in the Trump inner circle.”

Another critic wote, “Senator Britt and Congresswoman Luna are off their rockers if they think @RonDeSantis is going to nominate an unqualified Trump family member to the Senate seat being vacated by Rubio.”

“He won’t pick someone because they are related to the incoming President.”

And then there was this comment as well: “You are probably right. Florida made their voices heard through. Clear and loud. They want a MAGA Senator….not some Globalist RDS clone. Hopefully they can meet in the middle somewhere.”
