Sooner or later someone was going to ask this same question. Now that the presidential race is over, a lot of people can’t help but wonder what is going on between Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff. Could their marriage be in trouble? Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Right before election day, there were a few reports suggesting that Doug Emhoff had quite the past. He was accused of physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, days after MSNBC host Jen Psaki said Emhoff was “reshaping masculinity.”
If that weren’t enough, per the Daily Mail, Emhoff hit a woman so hard that she physically spun around. New details also reveal that Emhoff allegedly “caused” his nanny to have a miscarriage after impregnating her.
Of course, this had a lot of people wondering if Doug’s controversial behavior might have cost Kamala Harris the presidency. And while there’s no doubt that there were other factors as to why Kamala didn’t win, these stories about Doug in the headlines certainly didn’t help her career, either.
If that weren’t enough, there’s no doubt that Kamala is dealing with a lot of stress behind closed doors right now. After all, she let the entire Democratic party down by losing to Donald Trump. There are a lot of people that have even thrown some major shade in her direction.
What’s more, a lot of people have also noticed that Kamala doesn’t seem to be as close to her husband as she was before. Perhaps everything about his past has given Kamala a reason to keep her distance from him.
So, could this mean that Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff might start living separate lives? Maybe. That, or they just need a little break from the spotlight.
So far Kamala Harris herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.

I think you're pretty sorry to even bring the subject up, especially considering the significantly fouled marital history of the winning candidate.
Both kamala and her husband according to news reports have had quite the pasts and not good ones either. So it comes as no surprise that they are having troubles, most marriages do anyway, but they are in the news and have been hiding whatever they can from the public all the while saying terrible things about others throughout the whole campaign. It is no secret kamala is a sore loser, vengeful, hateful, disrespectful, unmannerly, and just an all around dishonest, manipulative, odd, unkind woman, which are reasons she lost the campaign and most are extremely pleased about that fact.
Stop Judging Kamala Harris. Go look b into your mirror & realize your own faults..
We don't need to know about that lady's personal business. What we need to know is what's going to happen in the next four years.
It's so sad that many are taking jabs at Harris. She done all she could do. President Biden should have stepped aside long ago. It's disappointing and disrespectful to dig into her personal life. That goes for any candidate. It's sad that many relish in BS gossip. This rubbish is what causes divisions
