Sharon has had dizzy spells, blackouts, headaches, and hallucinations, which are all symptoms of a brain tumor. Simply her actions and how she is rationalizing things could point to this condition.

As it stands, if and when the truth comes out, even if she’s not behind Heather’s murder, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and the rest of her family would find it hard to forgive Sharon for what she’s done. Still, it wouldn’t be hard to forgive her if she had a brain tumor condition.
