That’s what a lot of people can’t help but wonder as it seems like Joe Biden is very happy that Donald Trump won the presidency.

Biden could even feel like this might be his sweet revenge seeing how he was kicked out of the race by his own party after Kamala Harris was named as his replacement.

On Thursday, Biden made an announcement about bringing in a friendly, peaceful transition for President Elect Trump. Biden, seen smiling from ear to ear, confirmed he congratulated President Elect Trump and is ready to work with President Elect Trump as he prepares to take control of The White House. 

The president said, “Yesterday I spoke with President-elect Trump to congratulate him on his victory, and I assured him that I direct my entire administration to work with his team to ensure a peaceful and orderly transition. That’s what the American people deserve.”

He continued, “The soul of America since our very founding has always been an ongoing debate and still vital today. I know for some people it’s a time for victory, to state the obvious. For others, it’s a time of loss.”

What’s Next For Kamala Harris?

“Campaigns are contest of competing visions. The country chooses one or the other. We accept the choice the country made. I’ve said many times, you can’t love your country only when you win.”

Of course, the internet had a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “I’m thinking it’s Joe’s way of payback. Democrats treated him horribly.”

“So much for the decline of Biden. He’s out here speaking with crystal clarity, concise points, and no slurred speech. Almost as if he has a jolt of energy flowing through his body.”

Another critic wrote, “Almost feel sorry for Joe. And he’s trying so hard to sound Presidential. But, history will not be kind towards his administration. He knows this. All he can do now is assemble as much grace as he can.”
