So, could this be the reason why they bought that vacation home in Portugal? Maybe. There’s a new report that suggets Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are absolutely terrified of the prospect of seeing Donald Trump win the presidency.
That’s because if Donald Trump ends up back in the White House, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex know that their future might be at stake.
The former president has already made it pretty clear that he’s no fan of Harry and Meghan and that he would consider revoking the prince’s rights to live in the country.
The main reason why Trump is considering deporting Prince Harry is because he reportedly lied on his visa application about his past drug use. That, and the former president also wants the UK to be one of his strongest allies.
So he thinks that getting rid of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might help build a bridge between the two nations. Well, at least that’s what his son Eric Trump recently told GB News in a new interview.
The Trumps think that getting rid of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and making them leave America might actually benefit everyone on both sides of the pond.
He said, “There will be no better ally in the United Kingdom than Donald Trump, I truly mean that. He loves this nation, he loves this country…he’s going to be the greatest president for the West the UK’s ever seen.”
And now that the election is almost over, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are really concerned about their future.
They think that if Trump ends up in the White House, they will have no choice but to leave America. That might be the reason why they decided to buy their home in Portugal, just in case.
So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made no comments about the matter just yet.
