Dante finds himself in a heartfelt conversation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), grappling with the overwhelming sorrow of losing Sam. Just hours before her tragic passing in the recovery room at GH following her liver donation, they had celebrated their engagement.

Consumed by his grief, Dante confides in Sonny, expressing his despair at the thought of living without Sam. Sonny, understanding the weight of such a loss, strives to uplift him, knowing that coping with the death of a partner is an incredibly tough journey.
