We certainly didn’t see this coming. There’s a new report that suggests Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston might be feuding and for the most interesting but also bizarre reason, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
A lot of people have noticed that even though Lopez and Aniston aren’t really connected in any way, they do have a lot in common. Or at least on paper.
Both are very successful in their careers, they are gorgeous women in their 50s and as of right now, they are both single.
And apparently Lopez doesn’t want Aniston treading on her whatsoever as she’s made it pretty clear that if there’s going to be one celebrity in her 50’s that’s going to remain at the top, it’s going to be her.
But at the same time, Aniston isn’t the kind of person who likes to shy away from attention. But this has made Lopez supposedly embrace her ‘true self’ amid her rivalry with the former ‘Friends’ star. She always wants the spotlight to be on her.
One source close to the situation put it this way to Life & Style magazine: “J. Lo doesn’t really try to hide her competitive side. She lets it be known she wants to be number one.”
“Jen tries to downplay it and likes to come off as though she doesn’t pay attention to all of it.”
The insider added: “But truth be told they’re both very consumed by it and always looking out for the competition which means they do keep a very close eye on each other.”
“It’s no coincidence that they try and do shoots to one up each other, as far as timing and looking better, it’s all very calculated and catty.”
So far both Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston haven’t made any comments about the matter but at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space.
