Sure, they might have been in the same room together a handful of times, but that doesn’t mean they know each other well, or at all.
In fact, there’s been heavy speculation for many long months now that there might be a feud between Melania Trump and Michelle Obama behind closed doors.
That’s because the two women have opposing views on so many different topics.
Michelle Obama once said that Melania Trump once turned down her offer of help.
In her book, Becoming, Michelle says that before she became First Lady, Laura Bush had extended her offer to help when she moved into the White House with former President Barack Obama, and Michelle simply wanted to do the same thing with Michelle.
Laura Bush even told her that she was just “a phone call away.”
What’s more, Melania feels like she can do things her way and doesn’t need the advice of other former First Ladies, especially when it comes to how she runs her life and of course, how she parents.
Michelle Obama – along with the rest of the world – has seen just how awkward Barron Trump looks each and every time he makes a public appearance beside his two parents, and that’s why she thinks Melania should try and make him more comfortable in these kinds of situations.
It’s also been said that Melania Trump knows that she gets criticized for some of the smallest things she does and slightest things she says, she thinks it’s quite unfair that the mainstream media is not covering Michelle Obama’s day at Costco.
Back in September, Michelle was spotted at a local Costco in California. However, she wasn’t doing any shopping while she was there. Instead, she was promoting a new brand of fizzy drink that she’s a co-investor in.
That, and Melania doesn’t also like it how the mainstream media will go to great lengths to protect Michelle Obama, even though Melania often does the same things.
It seems like they would rather just criticize Melania all day than say anything about Michelle Obama, even though she’s doing the same thing.
