General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, October 25 tease crucial missions, timely confessions and shocking visits! Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) on a crucial mission, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) hears a timely confession and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) makes a shocking visit!
At the hospital, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) anxiously waits for Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) transplant to finish when Anna arrives to check on her. Anna reassures Laura that she will track down Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and return Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to her family.
Earlier, she faced challenges persuading Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) to reveal what she believed he knew about Valentin’s whereabouts.
Retrieving Charlotte is just as crucial as capturing Valentin and holding him accountable. However, it seems likely that Anna might choose to let Valentin remain in hiding while she focuses on bringing Charlotte back to Lulu.
At Crimson, Nina appears surprised by a heartfelt revelation, prompting her to question why this confession is happening now. It’s quite possible that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is the one opening up to Nina about the fact that Holly is her biological mother. When Sasha first arrived in town, she was pretending to be Nina’s long-lost daughter, a role orchestrated by Valentin.
Although they experienced some tension in their relationship, Nina eventually forgave Sasha, and they have since rekindled their bond. This could be Sasha’s way of clarifying any uncertainties for Nina and ensuring she hears the truth directly from her, rather than from someone else.
At the hospital, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is engaged in a conversation with someone, likely a colleague or a friend, and the topic is undoubtedly Heather Webber (Alley Mills)! Elizabeth allowed Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to persuade her into picking up Heather from prison upon her release, and she was taken aback when Steve Webber (Scott Reeves) showed up as well. She tells her companion, “Who knows what she’ll do next?”
It’s quite possible she’s discussing Heather’s release with Laura, as it seems unlikely that anyone else would have informed her yet. Alternatively, she could be chatting with Portia Ashford (Brook Kerr) as well.
Steve finds himself at Bobbie’s with Heather, who is relishing her long-awaited favorite, a BLT. However, she has a topic in mind that Steve quickly shuts down, insisting it’s off-limits. This could be about their future in Port Charles, as Heather likely wants to stay near Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had issued a stern warning, threatening serious repercussions if Steve didn’t take Heather away from Port Charles for good. Initially, Steve was reluctant to accept anything beyond Curtis’ payment for a plane ticket, but the looming threats eventually swayed him to comply.
Sasha has arrived at the District Attorney’s office following a call from Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Robert has come to believe that Sasha is his daughter, as her eyes resemble those of his late mother. As she approaches him, Sasha asks, “You mentioned on the phone that the paternity test results are in?”
Robert stands up from his desk, a serious expression on his face; he understands that a positive result will hit her hard, especially considering her feelings for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). It’s already going to be a tough situation for her, but if Cody turns out to be her paternal cousin, how will she break the news to him?
The stairs that Holly is standing by bear a striking resemblance to those leading down to the Quartermaine stables and into Cody’s apartment.
Holly mentions to someone that she thought it was time for them to meet—could she be revealing to Cody that Sasha is his cousin even before Sasha? This would only give Sasha another reason to resent her mother, as if she needed any more fuel for that fire! Talk about crossing a line—this would be a significant blunder if Holly hopes to build a relationship with her daughter! It’s already a sore spot for Sasha that Ethan Lovett (James Ryan) has always been prioritized simply because he’s the son of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary)!

Cousins have dated & married. I guess it's weird to some people. But I just don't want Cody & Sasha to break up. Anyway, I think Luke is Sasha dad, not Robert. If its true, I hope we find out soon.
