Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) stands his ground against Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), expressing his concerns about a recurring pattern he wants to avoid. Sasha had previously mentioned to Tracy her willingness to help Cody secure Serenity Springs, especially after Tracy overheard her conversation with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Having spent the majority of his life as a con artist, Cody is wary of Tracy’s intentions and doesn’t want her to perceive him as trying to deceive her.
Although Tracy appears to be extending a helping hand, Cody’s resistance seems rooted in his past experiences. If Tracy were to propose a loan or a gift, would he be able to accept it?
Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) has made a dramatic entrance in search of Sasha, and the truth about their relationship was revealed—Sasha is aware that Holly is her mother. This sets the stage for a startling warning from Holly! She cautions Sasha about an impending disaster and is determined to prevent it.
With the knowledge from Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) that Cody is the son of Mac Scorpio (John J. York), could Holly’s shocking news be that Sasha’s been romantically involved with her own cousin? And what about Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers); if he is indeed her father, why has this information remained a secret, particularly from him-Sasha obviously doesn’t know!
It seems that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) are engaging in a heartfelt conversation about their adult children. Jordan emphasizes that if they want to survive, they must learn to stand on their own two feet—every mother eventually faces the moment to let go.
Meanwhile, Alexis is struggling with the turmoil between her two younger daughters, a situation made even more challenging by recent tragic events.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are at odds over the baby Kristina lost, who was meant to be Molly and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow). Molly holds Kristina responsible for that loss and also for not taking action to ensure their father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), is held accountable, in John Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) murder case.
Dante and Sam are excited to share some wonderful news with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr), Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), and Emily “Scout” Cain (Cosette Abinante). Recently, Sam underwent extensive testing and has been cleared to donate a portion of her liver to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).
They plan to tell the kids that Rocco’s mom is likely to recover, provided the transplant goes smoothly. While everything looks promising at this point, life can be unpredictable, and no one can truly foresee what lies ahead.
TJ and Molly are at home, and Molly expresses her concern to TJ, saying that if anyone is going to sabotage this case, it’s definitely going to be Kristina! This is precisely what Alexis fears, the sisters’ dysfunction and she feels powerless to prevent it.
Although Alexis has been cleared of Jagger’s murder, the investigation continues, and both Molly and her father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), still view Sonny as guilty.
Sonny remains a suspect, despite the fact that the gun found wasn’t the one that killed Jagger. Given that Sonny is Molly’s uncle, she should ideally steer clear of the case, but that’s not happening; talk about “extreme prejudice”!
Ric may resort to underhanded tactics, but the case he’s focused on involves Heather Webber (Alley Mills). Meanwhile, Kristina is on the warpath, accusing someone! It was Ric and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) who witnessed Alexis dispose of the gun she discovered in Molly’s purse, tossing it into the river at Bradford Canyon.
Fueled by anger and a desire for revenge, Kristina is determined to make someone accountable for their actions! The real question is, is her ire directed at Molly, Ric, or possibly another individual altogether?
