Not only have they been dealing with their ongoing divorce battle along with their custody battle with their younger kids, but Angelina has also been fighting Brad over their Miraval Estate in France.

Things have gotten so bad that Angelina has realized that she’s needed to take a break as it’s taken a huge toll on her health.

The two of them have certainly gotten on their last nerves during the case proceedings for their winery. Angelina wants to sell her share while Brad thinks that it should become a part of their children’s future and family legacy.

But for Angelina, all she wants is for her ex to keep his distance away from her.

One source close to the situation put it this way, “She’s such a beauty and looks great at 49 for the most part. But clearly she’s had a ton of new work done in time for all the publicity for Maria.”
