It might have seemed like a subtle one, but it sure was a big one. A lot of eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Meghan Markle might have hinted at a royal divorce from her husband Prince Harry when she walked the red carpet at a gala for a children’s hospital last week. There’s a very good chance that the Duchess of Sussex was trying to have a ‘Princess Diana’ moment when she appeared on the red carpet for a Los Angeles Children’s hospital gala last week. The only problem though is that her entire plan fell flat.
That’s because it was reported that Meghan didn’t even stay at the event and was escorted out the back door the moment that she was done getting her photo taken on the red carpet.
But that doesn’t seem to be the most scandalous thing she did that night. She also wore a red Carolina Herrera dress that she had recycled from 2021.
While a lot of people thought it was rather distasteful for the Duchess of Sussex to wear a dress with a plunging neckline to a children’s gala, others think that she was trying to send out a message to her husband, Prince Harry.
That’s because Princess Diana basically did the same thing when she was separating from Prince Charles. She wore a revenge dress to let everyone know that she was in control of her life again even though her personal life was falling apart.
And some people think that Meghan might be trying that same strategy with Prince Harry, who is apparently looking to pull the plug on their marriage. Meghan just wants to show Harry what he might be missing out on if he does walk out the door on her and their family.
