According to the latest reports, a new lawsuit accuses Kanye West of r*ping and drugging his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta at a Diddy party. An 88-page updated lawsuit obtained by the Daily Mail says Pisciotta lost consciousness. 

Per the report, Pisciotta says she was handed a drink from West at an event in Santa Monica and “suddenly started to feel disorientated and… began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”

She claims she doesn’t remember the rest of that night. It wasn’t until a couple years later when West became upset because of a comment his ex-wife, presumably Kim Kardashian, said about him and Pisciotta having an affair, that Pisciotta claims she realized what happened.

Pisciotta wanted to send Kardashian a message clearing things up but West allegedly said she couldn’t because they “did kind of hook up a little one time.”

“[West] then immediately proceeded to reminisce about the time he was referring to… where he “hooked up” with [Pisciotta] after she had been drugged,” the lawsuit says according to the Daily Mail.

Pisciotta says she told West she had no memory of what he explained. “Women love to say they don’t remember,” he allegedly replied.

Of course, the internet sure did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some critics commented with, “Sounds like she might have an issue proving this in court if she only put 2 and 2 together years later. Unless there are witnesses or video evidence, I guess.”

Another critic wrote, “Believe all women, right? Although the women who claimed Doug Emhoff assaulted his ex-girlfriend aren’t being believed or even listened to by the Democrats.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Sorry, but no crime has even been described here, and certainly not by Kanye. If that’s all there is to this suit, it should be dismissed, whoever filed it sanctioned, and Kanye should separately sue everyone involved for defamation.”
