As many B&B fans are aware of, for the longest time Hope was pinning for Steffy’s man, Finn. However, a lot of people believe that it was only because she was trying to get Thomas Forrester off her mind.
Well, it seems like that might have worked to a certain extent but now that she’s got her eye on Carter Walton, a lot of people can’t help but wonder if this means she’s done playing games with Finn. If there’s one person who is hoping so, it’s Steffy Forrester.
Actress Annika Noelle, who plays Hope Logan on the hit CBS soap, suggests that whatever ongoing flickers of attraction she might have had for Finn are all in the past now. At least, that’s what she’s hoping for.
Annika puts it this way, “I hope that is laid dead and buried. I think it was just very misguided. You know, she was really lost after Thomas left and I think she was just searching for anything to cling on to, to keep her head above water … and unfortunately, it happened to be a drunken kiss with Steffy’s husband!”
“It was very inappropriate and something that was pretty out of character for her. I think she was just idealizing someone because she so desperately wanted to believe that there would be someone else out there for her.”
The actress continued, “She just was completely idealizing the wrong man. I’m hoping that especially after everything she went through with Liam, she remembers the lesson that she learned with is, ‘I don’t want to have to constantly have that battle with another woman over a man.’”
“She deserves someone who sees her worth and who loves her and is loyal to her. Every woman does. I’m hoping that she might fully get that lesson drilled into her head after her mistake with Finn.”
Of course, fans will simply have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
