The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chance Wonders About Sharon, Nick Sends Sharon Mixed Messages

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, October 9 tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has the wrong idea about her dinner with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

He offhandedly called it “a date” and Sharon read more into that then was intended. Uh oh.

Nick’s true motivation is determining if Sharon’s recovery is on track like she says it is. As Nick tries to reassure her she mixes his signals up and wonders if he is attracted to her again.

Speaking of romance, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) questions Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) about their future. Ever since that horrible Jordan (Colleen Zenk) brought the family together to torture them, Cole and Victoria have tried to figure out what’s going on between them.
Victoria has been burnt in the romance department but it looks like she wants to give it a go with her baby daddy.

Y&R spoilers: Cole is Cautious

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) forbid Cole from being with his daughter, but there’s no way he can control a couple in love. Plus they want to make up for all the time they lost with their newfound daughter Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) who would love to see her parents reunite.

Y&R spoilers: Victoria Appreciates Cole

Cole is genuine when he says he understands any reluctance on her part considering the entanglements she has managed to get herself involved in. With all the sidestepping and cautiousness, it could be years before Cole and Victoria think they’re ready for a real relationship.

Meanwhile, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) continues to investigate Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) death. Someone used her phone to text Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Chance thinks this person is key to the investigation.

But he is thwarted in his effort to find the phone due to the app Sharon downloaded to prevent it.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Sharon is One Step Ahead

Still, we would hope that the GCPD has the means to jailbreak Heather’s phone. In the meantime, Chance realizes that he needs to question Sharon over her venom toward Daniel and Heather.

The interrogation takes place later in the week and we’ll keep you updated as to what Sharon is in for. We do know that Sharon is one fry short of a happy meal, and she could disintegrate under Chance’s grilling!
