Should Kelly Monaco Head To Days of Our Lives?

There’s heavy speculation that suggests Kelly Monaco might not be done with the daytime television would just yet. In fact, some people think that she should make the jump to Days of Our Lives.

As many General Hospital fans know by now, Kelly was let go from the soap over the summer but had to complete her contract and film the last few episodes as her character, Sam McCall. 

However, she still hasn’t been given a reason as to why she was fired, which as not only stumped the actress, but many longtime viewers as well.

It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about Kelly’s departure from Port Charles and what her next step should be.

One viewer wrote, “So sad to see Kelly leave the show. If GH won’t come to its senses, she could go to Days and become Brady’s love interest (so his only choices aren’t evil Kristen and Teresa) or maybe better yet, pair her with Greg Vaughan since Ari Zucker is off the show.”

What’s Next For Kelly Monaco?

“She and Greg had great chemistry when he played Lucky on GH.”

Another fan wrote, “I think it would be great if Kelly Monaco was picked up by one of the other Soaps. Remember, when one door closes, another one opens (or something like that). So sorry for her and her loss to her acting buddy, Billy Miller.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I will miss Kelly on GH. I know the sentiment of this photo, but for me the OG Davis girls (Kelly, Lexi & Haley) were the best. It’s sad they are all gone. I’m sorry to see KM leave GH. I wish her the best of luck and success.”

“But just like everyone else I think it would be a good idea for her to go on another soap like Days of Our Lives. She would thrive there.”

So far Kelly Monaco herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
