That’s because she looked completely different this past weekend when she made a red carpet appearance at a Children’s Hospital Gala in Los Angeles.

While it might have looked like the Duchess of Sussex might have had just minimal makeup on, other eagle-eyed fans believe that she might have had a little nip and tuck instead. After all, Meghan does live in Hollywood now.

It goes without saying that the internet has had a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “It looks like she’s had work done? She looks strange. And does she think this dress is appropriate for a children’s hospital?”

“I get that it’s a gala but maybe something more modest, less non-existent cleave. It’s possible to wear something glamourous like that.”

Another critic wrote, “Whatever she changed, it looks bad! She looks old and too long face and her face is harden. That pointy tip of her nose has been altered. And her face looks older and horsey.”

“Looking at this photo, you cannot tell me this is Markle. Despite my dislike of her she looked good many years ago. I don’t know what’s happening but somebody please tell her something nice so she stops whatever it is she’s doing.”
