General Hospital Spoilers: Ric and Heather Build a Case — and It Could Bring Her Family Together

General Hospital spoilers reveal Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) are hard at work trying to prove the hip implant she received years ago left her with cobalt poisoning that caused her maniacal tendencies leading to her psychotic killing spree.

It’s not a small order. But if anyone can pull it off, a guy with as sinister of a mind as Heather’s may be able to do it in the court of law.

Heather seems like a changed woman now, and many who never thought they would feel that way — such as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) — now find themselves considering that Heather really wasn’t in her right mind when she went after all of those people.

Thus, they support justice being served if a new judge or jury determines it wasn’t her fault. Right now, it may seem like few are truly on Heather’s side, but that could change as the details of her case come to light.

General Hospital Spoilers — Steve Comes Back to Town

Elizabeth Balwdin (Rebecca Herbst) just recently heard from her estranged brother, Steve Webber (Scott Reeves). He’s out of prison and that leaves room for him to come back to Port Charles.

At the same time, his impact wouldn’t just be on his sister’s life, but perhaps his mother’s. Yes, Heather is Steve’s mother, and currently, it seems she has no idea that he’s a free man.

Long ago, Heather coupled up with Elizabeth’s father — Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) — and they had a son. Enter, Steve. Will he come back to the canvas if his mother is also released from prison to form a relationship with her?

GH Spoilers Hint Trina Will Feel Immense Guilt

When Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) finds out that her own mother — Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) — changed the results of Heather’s lab work to try to circumvent her having a shot at a fair trial, she will be appalled.

She must know that her mom had good intentions and that her concerns are coming from the right place. But at the same time, Trina is likely to have a bleeding heart for Heather in this situation — the one who was actually wronged.

That should have Portia’s head spinning as Trina tunes in more closely to follow Heather’s case. Will that have her developing relationships with Heather’s half of the courtroom that no one ever saw coming?

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Opens Her Arms

Elizabeth has never really turned her back on Heather, but she’s never been her ally either. Even when Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) was still in town, Elizabeth didn’t like him talking with Heather.

She felt she was dangerous, and rightfully so. Now, Elizabeth is keeping a more open mind about Heather’s condition and how the metallosis may have changed her mindset and demeanor.

That being said, she is her mother-in-law, even if Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is dead now. Will she allow her boys to make nice with her and invite her over for Thanksgiving dinner if she’s out of the pen by then? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
