Taylor Hayes’ Heart Failure

B&B spoilers for Wednesday, October 2 reveal that Taylor has finally told Ridge the truth about her health. Taylor had to fess up to Ridge after he found her collapsed and unresponsive on the floor.

Taylor admitted that she was given a diagnosis of heart failure from a doctor in Europe. However, Taylor didn’t seek a second opinion and had no tests done.

B&B Spoilers: Ridge Forrester’s Urging

On Wednesday, October 2, fans can expect Ridge to be in shock over Taylor’s diagnosis. Ridge is bound and determined to help fix Taylor.

Even though Taylor asked Ridge to keep her diagnosis a secret, he had one condition. Ridge agreed to keep silent but only if Taylor goes through treatment. That includes getting a second opinion to confirm the diagnosis.

Ridge is going to have a difficult time with this situation. The only other person who knows right now besides Ridge is Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda)

So, it’s only a matter of time before Taylor’s other loved ones find out. Most likely, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) could be the very last to know, just as Ridge was with Eric Forrester (John McCook).

Taylor Hayes Hesitates

However, Taylor might not be so relieved when Ridge reminds her that she has to hold up her end of the deal. In exchange for Ridge’s silence, Taylor has to get treatment. To begin with, Ridge wants Taylor to get a second opinion.

It is clear from the spoilers later in the week that Taylor eventually does get a second opinion and some tests done.

Taylor ends up seeing Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech), who is a cardiologist. It is also teased that Grace has a different diagnosis for Taylor. So, that could leave Ridge and Taylor with more questions than answers..
