The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Has Sharon Really KILLED Heather? What’s Happening To Sharon?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) may have gotten into Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) head more than she can handle.

First, Cameron was trying to convince her to kill Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Grazaidei), and after breaking into his house was confronted by Heather (Vail Bloom).

Unfortunately for Heather, Sharon has supposedly killed her and we’re not sure where we’re going to go from here! Has Sharon actually killed Heather or is she still alive?

Or could this all be taking place in Sharon’s head? Something seems to be off here and if they ruin Sharon’s character like this, the fans may have something to say.

The The Young and the Restless Spoilers – All In Her Head?

Many viewers believe that what we’ve been seeing since Sharon locked herself away in the motel room is simply going on in her head. She has had issues like this before, and in fact, two decades ago swore she saw Cameron’s ghost outside her window.

Of course, it ended up being Cameron in makeup trying to mess with her. However, Sharon was still emotionally scarred from the encounter.

It seems the only way to save Sharon as a character is to imply that everything is currently taking place in her head, otherwise, how is she going to come back and reform into society?

Even if Heather survives and miraculously doesn’t want Sharon to end up in prison, it would still be incredibly awkward.

Y&R Spoilers – If It’s All Real

If everything that is happening is real, we can only assume that Heather has to survive. If she doesn’t, everything we know about this show and Genoa City is going to be flipped on its head.

Sharon has been a fan favorite for decades, however, at this point, it seems the writers are content with tossing her away.

We hope that Heather is alright, and at the very least we would probably see Sharon enter into a psychiatric ward before making her final stop in prison.

But would the hallucinations stop there? Would Cameron still be in her head while in prison and convincing her to do other terrible things? When does it stop?
