The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates reveal Katie Logan (Heather Tom) has recently offered Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) a new path for his future. As a Spencer, he will always have a spot at Spencer Publications if he chooses, but he’s not obligated to accept it.

In the September 26 episode of B&B, Katie brought up the idea to Will about pursuing a job at Forrester Creations. While she’s not pushing him into a decision, she would be thrilled to see her son working at the same company.

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) was also on board with the suggestion and seemed eager to help Will find a position if he decides to go that route.

There’s no doubt that there would be a role for Will that would let him showcase his unique skills, whatever they may be! However, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) didn’t seem too excited about the possibility of Will joining the Forrester team.

B & B Spoilers: RJ Wants Will At Spencer Publications, How About His Father, Bill?

RJ’s response makes it evident that he prefers Will to remain in Spencer territory—or ideally, return to Europe. However, Will is determined to stay and appears ready to carve out a career at Forrester Creations.

This development is likely to be a tough pill for Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to swallow, prompting him to take matters into his own hands in an attempt to alter Will’s path.

Bill naturally envisions Will following in his footsteps and joining the Spencer legacy. The thought of Will contributing to the Forresters’ success instead will undoubtedly sit uncomfortably with Bill.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: How Far Might Bill Go?

It will be fascinating to observe the lengths to which Bill might go to steer Will in what he believes is the right direction. While Bill may outwardly accept Will’s choices, he could very well engage in covert sabotage.

In this scenario, RJ might step in as an unexpected ally, assisting Bill in efforts to get Will dismissed.

On the other hand, Bill could directly challenge Will’s position at the company without any hidden agendas; he could  leverage Spencer to target Forrester, pressuring  Will to capitulate. Regardless of his approach, Bill must tread carefully if he wants to mend his relationship with Will and possibly win Katie back.
