According to a weekly preview clip, Li will share some news with Finn. Now, Taylor probably asked Li to keep her diagnosis quiet for now.

Most likely, Finn will want to tell Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) or try to save Taylor. However, Li might urge Finn to keep quiet and remind him this is Taylor’s story to tell.
