Here we go again. It seems like a day doesn’t go by that General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn doesn’t have something or another to say that is quite controversial.
This time it seems like the actress, who is best known for her role as Alexis Davis on the hit ABC soap, is attacking her fellow co-stars in the daytime television world.
As many fans already know, Nancy is very vocal when it comes to politics and some of the issues that are close to her heart.
She’s also a huge supporter of the Democratic party and doesn’t seem to agree with anyone who doesn’t also agree with her own morals and standards.
However, this past week she did send out a tweet that did make a lot of her social media followers scratch their heads.
The General Hospital star wrote, “You’d be surprised that many Daytime Actors either don’t vote or vote red. I will take that list to my grave………. or maybe even write about it in a book. As they say…….Stay tuned.”
If that weren’t enough, she also wrote, “This election in Nov is about our freedom & our hard fought 4 Democracy. I can’t excuse anyone who votes red or doesn’t vote which is the same knowing what we know or should know.”
“I can however forgive their ignorance. If you don’t know, you don’t know that you don’t know.”
So far Nancy Lee Grahn has not made any comments about the matter, but it has prompted a lot of her fans on social media to wonder if she might get reprimanded for a tweet.
After all, if anyone else would have threatened to “out” anyone in the daytime television world, they would have gotten fired right away.
But it looks like Nancy is one of the few soap stars who can say whatever is on her mind and get away with it. Or at least for now.
