The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon Busted, Chelsea’s Dilemma, Victoria Irks Victor

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 20 reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) takes a stand against her boss and father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Victoria is caught between a rock and a hard place, both professionally and personally.

Victor wants to crush her ex Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) but Victoria worries about how it will look to the children.

The kids aren’t really children anymore, and why would they care if Grandpa Victor competes with their dad in business? But worrying about her kids that are usually away at boarding school may make Victoria feel like a better mom.

Victoria is poking the bear by not siding with Victor and we predict that this will come back to bite her!

Meanwhile, Billy’s ex, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), has new concerns about her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), who wants to see his parents get back together again.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Chadam Face the Past

Ironically, Connor’s wishes may be the thing that does bring Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea closer. He has no idea they got very close in Baltimore recently, so he definitely is picking up on some strong vibes from his parents.

Will a new Connor emergency get Chelsea and Adam to reunite sooner rather than later?

Y&R spoilers: Sharon’s Concerning Phone Call

Elsewhere, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) catches her mom Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) in a lie.

Mariah is outside Sharon’s supposed hotel room, and Sharon must come up with a reason why she’s not where she said she’d be. Mariah knows that Sharon is a delicate emotional place and gets worried that Sharon is spiraling out of control.

It could be that the client Sharon said she was meeting with calls Mariah making it clear there was no meeting planned. Sensing doom, Mariah may reach out to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to save the day.

Nick has been uber worried about his ex, and realizes that the situation has gotten beyond his control. He needs some input—will it be Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) he turns to?

Nick may also get Victor involved to track down Sharon, who is actually at a no tell motel in a bad part of Genoa City.

With all the pressure on Sharon, Ghost Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) pushes her to put her plan on blast—and this will not be good for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei)!
