When it comes to Tim Walz, a lot of people either absolutely adore him or loathe him. It seems like there are very few people who are in the middle when it comes to their feelings for the vice presidential nominee.

However, there’s also heavy speculation that Kamala Harris might not be too happy with some of the things that Tim Walz has said and done both in public and behind closed doors.

This has prompted many people to openly ask: what is wrong with Tim Walz?

Back in August, Tim Walz got quite nasty. He said that he would only debate his opponent, JD Vance, at a debate if he gets “off the couch.”

As many readers probably know by now, there was social media speculation suggesting JD might have had sexual relations with a couch, which are rumors that have proven to be unfounded.

According to reports, when asked about going face to face with JD Vance, Tim Walz said,  “I can’t wait to debate the guy. That is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up.” 

If that weren’t enough, Tim Walz was also called a ‘deranged liar’ by his critics.

Back in August, JD Vance has reopened his line of attack on Tim Walz’s military record. It’s only been one hot minute since Kamala Harris has announced him as her new running mate and of course, the Republican party has been digging up all of his dirt from the past.

Has Tim Walz Gone Too Far?

In regards to Tim Walz’s deployment and military record, CNN even put it this way:

“Walz did make a comment, he’s done it a couple times, where he has used language that suggested that he carried weapons in a fighting situation.”

“There is no evidence that any time that he was in the position of being shot at and some of his language could easily be seen to suggest that he was.”

Tim Walz also made an embarrassing mistake talking about Kamala Harris and her past record.

The governor referred to Kamala Harris’ early career as a “young prostitutor.” 

Walz said, “Because this started, and I love this story. As a young prostitutor, Kamala Harris talked about going in that courtroom for the first time.”
