Let’s just say that no one is going to be changing their mind anytime soon.
There’s a new report that suggests Prince William and Kate Middleton have some rather swift plans for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, should they change their mind about wanting to come back into the royal fold. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Apparently, the Prince of Wales has made it pretty clear that once he becomes the next king of England, he is not going to show any mercy to his brother Harry, nor will he show any for his wife Meghan, either.
Prince William wants to cut all ties with Harry and Meghan the moment that he takes the throne.
The only reason why anyone is still talking about them right now is because King Charles is still holding on to the hope that the Sussexes might return to the UK sometime soon. But William certainly doesn’t feel that same way.
One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Letters Patent when king that strips the entire of their HRH styles.”
“The feeling is that allowing the Sussexes back into the fold is a bad move, and they should be resigned to the fringes indefinitely.”
If that weren’t enough, the tipster also says that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should “expect no invitations of any kind across the pond like we see the current king do.”
And while there’s no doubt that Meghan Markle is probably fine about this all because she never wants to step foot on British soil ever again, it’s Prince Harry who is desperately wanting to fix things with his royal family members.
And if he doesn’t do it with King Charles, then there’s a chance that he will be exiled from royal life permanently, should Prince William have a final say in it.
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
