General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, September 13 tease the pressure’s on, someone goes Papa Bear, and someone’s pressed for critical actions.
The pressure’s on at the WSB from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) while Mac Scorpio (John J. York) goes Papa Bear and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) needs critical actions taken.
Anna confronts Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) once more, demanding answers with urgency. He regards her with irritation, likening her to a bothersome insect as he retorts that he’ll keep her requests in mind for the future.
Anna has been relentless in her pursuit of information regarding Valentin and Charlotte Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart, Scarlett Fernandez), but the situation has escalated.
Now, she’s likely pushing him for details about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), as well as the identity of the would-be assassin.
Although Brennan previously mentioned he had pinpointed the location, the compound was found deserted—could Anna be chasing a wild goose?
At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) appears to be in a state of denial. She urges Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) to assure her that what she’s hearing isn’t true.
It seems Tracy is probing into the relationship between Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). But really, why is she so invested in their affairs; it’s not her place to meddle! Tensions are bound to rise between Tracy and Lois as they butt heads!
Meanwhile, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) finds himself in a tricky situation as he probes Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about Tracy’s feelings for Cody.
It appears that Tracy is embracing her inner cougar, showing signs of infatuation with the significantly younger man, and even displaying jealousy towards Sasha! Mac is caught in a delicate spot, as Tracy might lash out and dismiss both Cody and Sasha if he doesn’t step in.
That wouldn’t be fair, especially since he already asserted himself during the family brunch and set her straight. Could this escalate to the point where he goes all Papa Bear and has to consider arresting her for sexual harassment?-only time will tell!
It seems that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are up to something intriguing in Michael’s office at Aurora.
Michael assures his sister that they can make a delivery just as quickly as anyone else. But what exactly are they planning to send out, and could it be related to the gun that Kristina took from Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) safe?
Is Michael contemplating a literal search to retrieve that gun, which they would find unused? After all, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has already taken care of the original, and he’s currently preoccupied with a much more significant mission involving something—or someone—else!
Elsewhere, Sonny and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) are deep in conversation, making solemn promises to each other. Sonny vows to protect Alexis from facing murder charges, and she agrees, assuring him that she won’t implicate Kristina or him in any way.
Meanwhile, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) finds herself unable to represent Alexis due to a conflict of interest, but she confides in Sonny as a friend about the situation.
Sonny is not pleased to learn that his half-brother, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), is the one behind the accusations. The situation escalated when Alexis was discovered trying to dispose of a gun she found in Kristina’s purse, insisting it was merely her cell phone that had her riled up.
Carly remains at the hospital, standing outside Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) room alongside Jason while she takes a call from Brennan.
Jason expressed his distrust of Brennan, urging Carly to keep her distance and avoid any involvement with him. In that moment, Jason had committed to traveling to Africa to locate Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
However, with Brennan on the line, Carly feels the urgency to push him for immediate action—it seems like he’s hesitating! She insists that Lulu’s life hangs in the balance and that every second counts!
