Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Hope And Bo Are Back!

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso are returning to Salem to reprise their roles as Bo and Hope.

The two have signed up for a new storyline arc that will last several episodes and is supposed to air sometime in 2025. 

As many DOOL fans already know, both Peter and Kristian first made their debut in this fictional town of Salem back in 1983. Their love affair is one that fans have loved themselves throughout the years.

There was speculation back in October 2023 that Hope and Bo would make another return.

In the podcast Hey Dude… The 90’s Called with David Lascher and Christine Taylor, Kristian and Peter made some very interesting comments about whether or not they would be willing to reprise their roles on Days of Our Lives. 

While Peter said that he would be open to returning, it was Kristian who had some more reservations about it.

When asked about a possible DOOL comeback, Peter said, “I was looking at the show, and the schedule they have [where] they do a bunch of shows and then they have a couple weeks off. I think I can do that.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next In Salem?

“It looks like the kind of thing I’d like to get back in. Especially when this anniversary of the show’s coming up, it would be great to be a part of it.”

Kristian had more to say about the matter. The actress says that she believes in respecting the history and integrity of her character. 

She began by explaining, “I am one who likes to be honest, as far as the history of the characters, and I did not see that happening. And I’m not going to lie in my performance or try to sell something that did not happen.”

Of course, fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on the Peacock streaming network.
