The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 6 tease that teen Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) gets an additional task on her to-do list after being caught drinking by her parents.
Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) tell Lucy to write an apology letter to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) who was a victim of Lucy’s indiscretion.
Lucy agreed to terms of punishment in the Wednesday, September 4 episode, and she doesn’t think she should have to do more. But this was her aunt Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) idea!
Meanwhile, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has another nasty cerebral encounter with Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby), the man she murdered.
Cameron tells Sharon to make Daniel, Lucy, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) pay for how they’ve treated Faith. Luckily, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) sees Sharon spiraling further downward.
He seeks his mom and dad, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) advice about his ex. Sharon is Victor’s ex, too, but that’s a different story.
How will Niktor react, will they push Nick to do something drastic to help Sharon? If so that plan could go sideways fast!
Speaking of Victor, he has Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) right where he wants her. She could insist on a contract before she dishes key business intel, which could lead him to saying that Nikki will be the CEO if a takeover occurs.
This means that Lily must accept Victor’s terms and a decreased role at Chancellor.
To be fair, Lily knew that she was playing hard ball with the big boys when she agreed to meet with Victor, so if she’s unhappy she has only herself to blame.
Elsewhere Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) tries to get through to her smarmy son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), the one she fired from the family company.
Kyle has beef with Diane and his dad Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) who hatched a plan to trick him back into the company.
Kyle is well and truly over his lessened stature at Jabot and expects to make big things happen at Glissade. How does he treat Diane and her attempt at peacemaking? Be sure to tune in and find out!

I hope this storyline with Sharon is not gearing up for them putting Nick and Phyllis back together. It would be another slap-in-the-face for Sharon.Same thing that happened to Cassie, just now it is Faith. This would be a big disappointment for Sharon. Why some get to run wild while others have to pay for their mistakes. It is not fair to Sharon and her fans. But we still have Faith. All you had to do get her back on her meds.I am gonna be really disappointed if this happens.
