The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s anything we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Genoa City, it’s that you can always expect the unexpected.
And that seems to be the case between Billy and Sally as it looks like they might become this town’s new hot couple. Or at least, that’s what actor Jason Thompson, who plays Billy on the hit CBS soap, hints.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Jason was asked about whether or not the truth about Chelsea and Adam coming out about their affair might bring Billy and Sally closer together.
And by that, if it’s going to bring them closer together in an emotional and physical sense, of course.
The actor told the publication, “I do. I’m always interested to see what can happen with anything like that. I haven’t been able to work with Courtney a lot but the times that I have worked with her, it’s been really wonderful. So progressing that storyline, if it went that way, that would be great, too.”
“But at this point, I don’t really know [what the show is planning]. I’m trying not to get too far ahead of it because I’ve got to keep my head in the game right now. But yeah, I could see it. I think they’re starting to enjoy their own company a little bit more, which is good.”
“I think that having the time under tension is important for building relationships and I think that’s where they’re kind of starting from right now.”
Something tells us that things are going to get very hot. This is definitely going to be one very exciting week. Of course, Y&R fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
