General Hospital spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) clearly have a secret lurking in the past that they don’t want to come to light. When Dante lost his cool on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Brook Lynn was quick to intervene.

Carly’s apology and prompt exit were welcomed as Dante and Brook Lynn briefly affirmed one another’s feelings that the truth about their past didn’t need to come out now that people like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are involved.

So, what could they have been hiding all of these years that is clearly meant to come to light soon?

General Hospital Spoilers — It Wasn’t All A Lie

Carly may have paid Brook Lynn to break up Dante and Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), but that doesn’t mean Dante wasn’t complicit in part of what went down.

He may have been duped, and Brook Lynn might have felt horrible about what she did, but who’s to say they didn’t both end up having real feelings for each other? Is it possible that even after Dante got back together with Lulu, he and Brook Lynn had a thing on the side — or at least, struggled very hard not to?

GH Spoilers Tease A Child Could Be in the Mix

The prevailing theory is that there is a baby out there somewhere who belongs to Dante and Brook Lynn. Could Brook Lynn have conceived a child with Dante and they both agreed to give him or her up for adoption?

A few fans are already discussing whether it’s possible that Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is their son. Maybe. GH has been known to finesse timelines a bit to make a storyline work.

How would the truth coming out now end up impacting Dante and Brook Lynn’s relationships with Sam and Chase? Both of them would likely feel betrayed because their partners didn’t tell them the truth in the first place.

But why did they both act like Carly drudged up their past when it was actually Dante who did — and Brook Lynn herself earlier that day? Why is she suddenly struggling with wanting to tell Chase the truth about a long ago secret? Is that because evidence of it still exists?
