Kate Middleton has a reason to be upset and maybe even a little jealous, too.
There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests the Princess of Wales might be feeling heartbroken over a royal family’s big announcement.
Reports say that Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia have announced that they are expecting their fourth child together.
The Swedish Royal Household statement reads: “Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia are expecting a child.”
“Their Royal Highnesses Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia are delighted to announce that The Princess is expecting their fourth child.”
It also says, “Princess Sofia is feeling well, and the birth is expected to take place in February 2025.”
“During the autumn, no changes in the public schedule of Princess Sofia are planned.”
The Swedish royals already have three children, Prince Alexander, 8, Prince Gabriel, 6, and Prince Julian, 3.
But for Kate Middleton, she feels like she should have been the one to make the baby announcement, and not the Swedish royals.
After all, she’s always wanted to have a huge family and even after her son Prince Louis was born, she still made it pretty clear that she wanted to have more children, even though Prince William thinks that having three kids is way more than enough.
But of course, her cancer diagnosis has clearly changed everything for the couple. And plus at her age, it’s going to be increasingly harder each year to have children.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Prince William and Kate Middleton are not going to have children in the future or that they are not going to try. But the Princess of Wales knows that the odds are against her and just seeing other royal couples happy with their baby news makes her wish that she could do the same.
So far the Princess of Wales has not made any public comments about the matter just yet, but at this point it’s doubtful that she will.

Then you say, " the Princess of Wales has not made any public comments about the matter just yet, but at this point it’s doubtful that she will." WHICH IS IT??
Why did Kate feel she should have been the one to make the announcement? Seems to me that the parents should make the announcement that they are having a baby. Seems weird to have someone else make that announcement for you, famous royals or not. 🫤
