Well, color us surprised with this one. There’s a new report that suggests Tim Walz’s brother is thinking about supporting Donald Trump and he’s got a good reason behind it, too.
Apparently, Tim Walz’s brother Jeff Walz says he is considering joining forces with Trump, says his brother is “not the type of character you want making decisions about your future.”
Jeff’s Facebook profile was discovered by one investigative journalist who found several posts.
“The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future,” he said in a comment. “Haven’t spoke to him in 8 years. I’m 100% opposed to all his ideology.”
If that weren’t enough, he also said, “My family wasn’t given any notice that he was selected and denied security the days after.”
It’s been noted that the comments stemmed from a March 30, 2023 post after Trump was convicted where Jeff Walz said: “We’ve just become a third world banana republic.”
Many critics sure did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “The media was quick to cover RFK Jr’s sister who spoke out against him, but you will NOT see the story about Tim Walz brother Jeff covered anywhere on the MSM. The hypocrisy is just too much for me to take.”
Another critic wrote, “I’m more bullish on Governor Walz that his family isn’t all flaming liberals. Shows that he knows how to communicate with all Americans of all backgrounds.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Tim Walz’s brother calling him out? Sounds like a family feud with some serious drama. And I’m here for it, so someone hand me the popcorn.”
“People having MAGA folks in their relations is quite common and relatable. Most families have family members who hold different values and ideologies from one another.”
So far Tim Walz himself has made no comments about the matter just yet.
