Of course, we are talking about her current hostage situation. Luna has managed to keep her captive after Steffy figured out that she was the one who killed both Tom and Hollis. And let’s just say that Steffy is very much worried about her life right now.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester on the hit CBS soap, says that it might be some time before anyone even realizes that Steffy is being held hostage by Luna.

She told the publication, “I mean, she told Finn she was leaving [town] and why would he ever have any reason to suspect there was a problem? It’s not as if she just vanished out of thin air.”

However, JMW does admit that her character feels like there’s a chance she won’t make it out alive in this situation that she’s in.

The actress says, “She’s at her lowest point and basically laying in the cage but probably truly comes next week when Luna reveals more to Steffy about her past and why she killed Tom and Hollis.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Steffy Forrester?

“Unbeknownst to Steffy, but obviously the viewer knows, Finn has realized something is very wrong. Steffy and Finn are connected and I’m sure he won’t back down.”

No, whether or not anyone will come rescue Steffy remains to be seen. But JMW says, “It’s bad. She’s exhausted, hungry and probably still has drugs in her system.” 

“Without a doubt, her children, Finn, and her parents, Ridge and Taylor” are keeping her going, she says, adding, “Steffy is Stephanie’s granddaughter and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to strength and courage.”
