Has Donald Trump given up on his presidential campaign? That’s what a lot of people are asking this week, and especially since it looks like Kamala Harris is gaining even more ground on her lead against the former president.
Trump was doing a solid job against Joe Biden but the moment that Kamala Harris took over as the new nominee for the Democratic party in this year’s election, everything started to go downhill for them.
Kamala has been leading in the polls since she became the nominee and Trump just hasn’t been able to catch up with her. And with the election heading into the last leg, there are even some people in Trump’s campaign who think that this might already be the end for him.
That’s mostly because Trump can’t seem to focus on anything except his supposed hatred for Kamala and the Democratic party. It almost seems like he’s obsessed with hating them at this point. At least, that’s how critics feel.
That’s another factor that seems to be distancing a lot of his supporters from him as they are just tired of hearing Trump complain about the same things over and over again.
For Kamala Harris of course, this is great news. It’s less work that she has to put in to secure her job for the next four years as the first female president of the United States.
That’s the last thing that Trump and his supporters want to see but with the way that things are going right now, that will certainly be the case.
So far Donald Trump has not made any comments about the matter himself, although it will only be a matter of time before something is said. Watch this space.
