The best way to avoid any and all kind of drama is to simply leave town. And that’s exactly what General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn recently did.
Soon after it was announced that her co-star Kelly Monaco was fired from the show, Nancy made it pretty clear that she wanted nothing to do with it. Instead, she took her family and left town for Iceland.
Nancy even shared a photo from Iceland of her alongside her daughter, Kate Grahn, and shared it on social media.
There’s speculation that Nancy might have left town and decided not to say anything about Kelly Monaco’s firing simply because she didn’t want to get involved.
But then again, anyone who knows Nancy also knows that she’s not the kind of person to keep quiet. If she has something on her mind, she’s going to say it.
Plus, Nancy and Kelly were very close on the set of General Hospital as Kelly played one of the Davis sisters.
It goes without saying that many of Nancy’s fans and followers had a lot to say about her photo.
Some commented with, “I LOVE Iceland! Been there 3 times. First time for my daughters thesis. (Photographer). I hope you fall in love too!!!”
“That’s beautiful. BTW your scenes with Maurice Benard and Kate Mansi have been riveting. But I would like to hear what you have to say about Kelly Monaco’s firing.”
Another critic wrote, “Super jealous, so pretty there don’t forget to take an ice bath there, have fun.”
“It’s gorgeous. What a beautiful day you two are having there!!”
And then there was this comment, too: “Good that you left town. It’s too bad that when you come back Port Charles won’t be the same anymore without Sam McCall.”
So far Nancy herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.

Maybe for once Nancy really doesn't have anything to say. With the axe continually cutting longtime actors/actresses from the canvas, she could very well be next.
