According to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, all of the drama in Salem kicks off during the Monday, September 2 episode when Johnny has to deal with the uneasy realization about Chanel. He’s now going to have to make some serious changes before they proceed forward with their future.

For the Tuesday, September 3 episode, Abe opens up to Kate in a way that he never has before while Gabi is forced to tell Stefan the truth about a few things. Now whether or not Stefan accepts the truth as it is remains to be seen.

By midweek and on the Wednesday, September 4 episode, Leo tells Chad that he has no option but to leave The Spectator and that he needs to do it sooner rather than later. It’s going to leave Chad in a difficult position moving forward.

For the Thursday, September 5 episode, Eric, who is back in Salem to show his support for Brad, pays a visit to Marlena. The two of them talk about the past and what’s next for the future.
