Yet, that doesn’t seem to be the case with Melania Trump as there’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests the former first lady is apparently micro-managing her son Barron Trump’s life.

In fact, a lot of fans and critics alike think that Barron is going to college in New York only because his mother supposedly pushed him to go in that direction.

With Barron attending a university in the Empire State, that will give Melania Trump a reason to stay in New York City and not follow her husband Donald Trump to Washington, D.C., should he win the election in November.

Of course, that’s the last thing that Melania wants to do. She had already spent four years of her life in Washington, D.C. and simply doesn’t want to deal with the stress that comes with living in the nation’s capital.

That’s also the reason why she’s pouring all of her energy into her son and focusing on his life and his priorities before anyone else. But even some people in Melania’s close circle believe that she’s doing Barron more harm than good.

By micro-managing his life, she’s not giving Barron the opportunity to make any decisions on his own. She’s also not letting him become independent, either.

Not only that, but Melania also risks hurting her relationship with her son, especially if she’s not giving Barron the room that he needs to breathe in his life. He’s going to end up resenting her more than anything else.

So far Melania Trump herself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Her mind has been made up and she’s not changing it.
