It looks like all of the tweets have worked. There’s heavy speculation that suggests the producers of General Hospital are caving in to pressure after firing Kelly Monaco.
That’s because a lot of disgruntled General Hospital fans have been bombarding the producers and frontrunners of the show on social media about how disgruntled they feel about Kelly being let go. The actress is best known for her role as Sam McCall on the ABC sudster.
Some of Kelly’s fans took to social media to weigh in on the matter. A lot of them have even noticed that some ABC executives have turned off the replies to their tweets simply because they don’t want to be bombarded with complaints about Kelly Monaco’s firing anymore.
Many have even commented with, “I’m pissed and I’m not even a KeMo or Sam fan! This is dirty what they are doing to her and her fans!”
“Maybe they should rethink this idea of firing her it’s gonna get the show canceled big time.”
Another critic wrote, “Then they ought to just cancel their Twitter altogether. If you can’t handle the flame, stay outta the fire. Or get rid of the EP & Director & let’s see how the change will come about!”
And then there was this comment as well: “I’m no longer a Sam fan but this was done in such poor taste. Mostly because I feel the longest actors on show should be respected more. KM has a huge fan base. Why does one female hog so much air time? Spread that time.”
Now, whether or not the producers decide to reverse their decision remains to be seen.
So far Kelly Monaco herself has not made any comments about the matter but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details once they come in. Watch this space.

Gh is great for dismissing major characters with no warning. The show is a joke anymore. John Cates story is a waste of air time. Other stories are left in the backround after something gets started but never finished. Other stories drag on forever.Major characters like Lucy. Scott. Diane. Mac. Felicia. Maxie. Sasha etc are seen maybe every few weeks. I for one have been catching the show maybe once a week and just read some if the recaps. No doubt the show will be cancelled soon, and kelly monatco will apear on another soap and noost their ratings.
What was done to Kelly Monaco was in very poor taste.you take her off the show and expect fans to accept this. This show will drop in ratings big time with this action. Think twice of what is being done
