The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that this version of Taylor Hayes is certainly one that we haven’t seen before, and that’s not just because she has a different face.
It’s also because this version of Taylor is not about to back down from her longtime love rival and bully, Brooke Logan.
Actress Rebcca Budig, who plays Taylor on the hit CBS soap, recently opened up to Soap Opera Digest about her character’s reunion with Brooke. That’s mostly because Taylor walked in the moment that Brooke told Ridge about Hope’s kiss with Finn.
Rebecca put it this way, “I don’t even think it registers with Taylor that it’s Brooke who is saying this, I think she is just so shocked by this information tht is ultimately about her daughter.”
“This is about Steffy, and about what Hope is doing to Steffy — which is what Brooke did to Taylor: try to steal her husband!”
That said, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers also say that Taylor doesn’t hold back when she tells Brooke exactly what she thinks. And even though she’s done this before, this time around it’s different.
Rebecca previews, “The dynamic is combative. But I think that Brooke is seeing the same thing that Taylor is seeing, and she is trying to make Taylor see that she is seeing what she’s seeing.”
“But she is also defending her daughter, too. She doesn’t want her daughter to be attacked.”
“Taylor tells Hope that she’s turning into her mother. I don’t think that’s something a psychiatrist would necessarily say to someone, but I think that in the heat of the moment, this is how she’s feeling.”
“She is disappointed and she is shocked, because I think she thought that Hope was a little more trustworthy and had it more together.”
Of course, The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
