The Young and the Restless Monday, August 26 Spoilers: Shick’s Tragedy, Billy Busts Adam, Sally’s World Burns to the Ground

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, August 26 tease that co-parents Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) receive horrible news about their daughter Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster).

It’s every parent’s worst nightmare, Faith has been in a car accident and ironically Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) was involved.

Her parents Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) are beside themselves and the two couples meet up at the hospital.

This is a nightmare on so many levels, including the fact that Daniel was involved years ago in a crash that ultimately took the life of Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes).

As the parents wait in the ER waiting room everyone is reminded of the fateful night that Cassie tried to help a drunk Daniel by driving him home.

Y&R spoilers: Victor Plays Hard Ball

Meanwhile, during the week of August 26-30, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) reminds Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) that he owns him.

Kyle employs Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) as his young son Harrison Abbott’s (Redding Munsell) nanny, but Victor thinks his granddaughter is better suited to working in the family biz.

To this end Victor drops some hints about Kyle getting a new nanny but Kyle realizes this is not a helpful suggestion, it is a command. Ya got that?

As such Kyle will begin to realize that he signed a deal with the devil, despite everyone warning him. Kind of how Prince Harry fought off his family when they suggested he may want to get to know his future wife Meghan Markle a bit better before plunging into marriage.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Chadam are Sadam

Elsewhere, on Monday Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) starts to get over the shock of Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) admitting she slept with her ex, Adam.

As the shock dilutes, the anger increases—despite Chadam’s one-nighter being a 50-50 proposition.
Billy goes to Adam’s office and vents about Baltimore. Weaselly Adam panics since he told his boo Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that there was no extracurricular activity.

Adam tries to say that Billy is drunk and ranting nonsense.

But the reality is that Adam fooled around and found out—Billy will not allow Sally to be deceived. Sally prevents Adam from kicking Billy out and demands to hear his side of the story.
