There’s heavy speculation that suggests Camilla Parker Bowles was none too pleased with Meghan Markle’s behavior during her trip to Colombia. That’s because the Duchess of Sussex was acting as though she was the queen, when clearly she is not.

Not only that, but some people even believe that Meghan was trying to tap into her inner queen by acting like Queen Camilla herself by trying to remain calm and peaceful throughout the entire time. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Apparently, Meghan Markle has been taking a page out of Queen Camilla’s book, but that’s a book that Camilla wants to keep for herself. 

One source close to the situation said that Meghan was definitely cosplaying a member of the royal family while she was in Colombia. And let’s just say that Queen Camilla herself was left unimpressed over it.

Meghan Markle Was Acting Like The Queen of England

And while some people in the UK might be rolling their eyes over Meghan, others believe that the Duchess of Sussex was at her best during her trip to South America. That’s because she was doing a good job of connecting with everyone.

Body language expert Darren Stanton even agrees. During a recent interview he said, “When we saw Meghan speaking on the panel, she came across as calm and collected, while being completely authentic.”

He continued, “It’s probably been the most honest and open display we’ve seen from Meghan for a long time. All the way through, she’s congruent with her body language and facial expressions.”

“We’ve been exposed to a very confident side to Meghan, as she displayed no signs of hesitation or feeling tension.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the criticism that she’s received, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space.
