She hasn’t really said that much in public, yet it seems like her critics have her figured out. Of course, we are talking about Kamala Harris’s daughter Ella Emhoff.

Even though she hasn’t been a part of her step mother’s presidential campaign in any way, she did show her support for Kamala at the Democratic National Convention. 

And that’s where Kamala’s critics took aim at Ella for the way that she was dressed and how she represented herself at the convention.

In fact, one critic took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to write, “Ella Emhoff being a part of the first family has the potential to radicalize American parents.”

“I’m for women living the lives they want, but this is pretty much the nightmare scenario for most people with a daughter.”

That’s hen a lot of other critics weighed in on the matter with comments such as, “I say leave the kids alone. They don’t ask for the scrutiny of this lifestyle. And as far as Presidential children nightmare scenarios go, there have, unfortunately, been much worse.”

Another critic wrote, “So was your dad not around to teach you to mind your own business? Why do you care so much how other people behave when it literally doesn’t affect you? She’s just some lady.”

“She looks like a happy young woman who quite possibly loves her parents. A great story that many parents will appreciate.”

And then there was this comment as well: “She looks like every woman I’ve ever known who owns an indie book store, organizes for her local food pantry, volunteers double shifts for visitation when a friend in the group is hospitalized, and wouldn’t dream of double parking at the grocery store. Calm down.”

So far Ella Emhoff herself has not commented on the criticism she’s received from Kamala’s opponents. Watch this space.
