Forget all of those reports that say Ben Affleck wants to reconcile with Jennifer Lopez, because that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, it’s being heavily suggested that the Hollywood star is ready to mingle now that his estranged wife has filed her divorce papers.

In other words, Ben Affleck is ready to have fun after feeling downright miserable in his marriage for the last two years.

As many fans and critics alike are aware of by now, Jennifer officially pulled the plug on her marriage to Ben Affleck on the second anniversary of their wedding day. It was a move that was meant to sting the actor, but it seems like he really, truly has moved on at this point.

That’s because he knows that he’s still a hot commodity out there in the dating room. However, Ben doesn’t want to “pull the trigger” until he’s divorced, but there are “plenty of women interested in him,” according to one insider.

Not only that, but Ben also got a new haircut, which is supposedly means that he’s ready to start a new chapter in his life.

The source went on to say, “Ben is feeling really confident and excited about his new look. He is raring to get out there and live life again and prove he’s still got it.”

Then again, if Ben Affleck wants to date sooner rather than later, it’s not like Jennifer can do anything about it. She’s the one who filed her divorce papers before him. Now matter how hard she tried to save their marriage, at the end of the day, she realized that it just wasn’t worth it.
