Courtney, who is often very honest and open with her fans, took to her social media account to express exactly how she feels about turning 35 this year. The actress made it no secret that she’s certainly learned a lot of lessons these last twelve months and didn’t mind sharing them with her fans.

The stunning beauty wrote, “I used to live my life needing something to look forward to, even a good meal at the end of the day- always looking ahead and “couldn’t wait” until “blank” happened. I was searching for fulfillment, adventure and validation outside of myself instead of the present moment.”

“Once I recognized the NOW has infinite possibilities and magic, that I truly WAS all I needed to be in this very moment and instead of judging myself I was meant to express myself and connect.”

She then added, “What I have learned, over the last year especially, is I don’t want time to go ANY faster than it is now. I have craved savoring every second of every day, here and now, with the people who I cherish so deeply.”

“I really don’t need anything more than what I have. Life truly does move so fast, and looking back, I can see how much I missed by constantly looking forward and everywhere else instead of where my feet stood.”
