It looks like they might be living with some regrets. That’s because there’s heavy speculation that suggests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are screaming ‘desperation’ as they would do anything at this point to return to their duties with the royal family. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently wrapped up a four-day quasi-tour to Colombia, but a lot of people think that they want to return to the royal family, simply because of the way they behaved.
In other words, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did everything that a royal couple would have done while in Colombia, but without being official royals, of course.
One royal commentator by the name of Angela Levin recently weighed in on the matter. She said that the way the couple were behaving was clearly inappropriate on many different levels.
Speaking about Meghan Markle, she said that while in Colombia, the Duchess of Sussex, “was teaching little girls there to do curtsies for her, because she is a princess… I couldn’t believe that.”
“[It was] shocking – shocking,” she added.
If that weren’t enough, Angela also added that while Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made it clear that they don’t want to be a part of the royal family, they are certainly acting like it whenever they are out and about.
She said, “Yes, that’s right. Well, I think Meghan does. I think Harry looks so miserable and unhappy.”
Of course, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex themselves have not made any comments about the matter, but at this point it’s doubtful that they will.
Others have suggested that Meghan would like to return to the royal family to do engagements and make public appearances for them, but she just wants to get paid for her work.
Clearly, that’s never going to happen, or at least not on King Charles’s watch.
