There’s a new report that says Meghan Markle might be mocking cancer-stricken Kate Middleton during her Colombian tour.  Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to Page Six, the Duchcess of Sussex was spotted wearing Princess Diana’s infamous butterfly earrings from 1986 while visiting Colombia with her husband, Prince Harry.

For a lot of royalists, they believe that Meghan knew exactly what she was doing while wearing the earrings during her engagement in Colombia. She knew that it would make the headlines that it did and of course, draw comparisons to her late mother-in-law.

For Kate Middleton, she can’t believe that Meghan would stoop to such a low level. Of course, if the Princess of Wales didn’t have to deal with her cancer battle, she would be the one doing all of these public appearances and wearing royal jewels while getting a whole lot of attention for it.

After all, she is the future queen of England, and not Meghan. That’s why she can’t believe that the Duchess of Sussex would try to act as if she were in Kate’s position during her absence from the spotlight.

Did Meghan Markle Go Too Far Again?

Of course, the internet sure did have a lot to say about it. Many commented with, “What an obsessed jerk. She just can’t help herself. No, you aren’t Diana. Stop.”

“Another trip to a poverty stricken country and another wardrobe costing over $100,000 for three days. Can’t make this up. She should just stick to her parking lot runway pap walks.”

Another critic wrote, “Probably copies, since she doesn’t have anything of note. You’d think Harry would buy her some new jewelry on occasion, although she does love her Cartier merch. Wearing it in a poverty-stricken country has gone over SO well with the Colombians.”

And then there was this comment as well: “She can wear Princess Diana’s jewelry, perfume, and knock-offs of her clothes but one thing is for certain – she will NEVER be Princess Diana or be considered Diana 2.0 for the public.”

“Harry might think she is but no one in the world agrees.”
